What data we process
This website has no forms or registration areas. We only process:
- The data you give us when you email or call us: name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Client and supplier data needed to manage commissions and invoicing.
- Browsing data collected by the cookies you accept, as detailed in the Cookie Policy.
- The technical data any server logs when serving a page, such as IP address and browser type.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries, quote requests and studio visits. Basis: your consent when contacting us and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing our relationship with clients and suppliers and meeting tax and accounting obligations. Basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Measuring website use with Google Analytics and showing Vimeo and YouTube videos. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
To run the service we rely on web hosting and email providers, acting as data processors. If you accept the relevant cookies, Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and YouTube) and Vimeo receive browsing data under their own policies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Google and Vimeo may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.
